Cancellation Policy

Olson Outdoor Entertainment Rentals LLC Thank you for choosing Olson Outdoor Entertainment Rentals LLC for your event! The following policies help ensure a smooth and safe rental experience. Booking & Deposits A 25% refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to equipment setup unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your security deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days after equipment inspection, provided all items are returned: • Clean • Complete • Undamaged Deductions may be made for damage, excessive cleaning, missing parts, theft, or misuse of equipment. Delivery 🚚 Free delivery within 30 miles of our location. Delivery outside this area may require an additional travel fee depending on the distance. Please ensure there is clear access to the setup area for delivery and pickup. Setup Requirements Customers must provide a flat, clear, and safe area for setup. If the setup area is unsafe or unsuitable, Olson Outdoor Entertainment Rentals LLC reserves the right to refuse setup for safety reasons. For inflatables and movie equipment, a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet is required. Rental Period Most rentals are provided as standard overnight rentals, allowing you to enjoy the equipment longer during your event. Pickup times will be arranged at the time of booking. Supervision & Equipment Use The renter is responsible for supervising all guests using the rental equipment. Adult supervision is required for: • Bounce houses • Waterslides • Soft play equipment Equipment must be used safely and only as intended. Weather Policy Outdoor rentals may be affected by weather conditions. Bounce houses and inflatables must not be used in high winds, rain, or severe weather. If unsafe weather occurs, participants must exit the equipment immediately. Rescheduling may be offered based on availability. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may receive a refund of rental payments. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling depending on availability. Responsibility for Equipment The renter assumes responsibility for all rented equipment from delivery until pickup. Equipment must not be moved, altered, or misused. The renter agrees to prevent damage, theft, or misuse during the rental period.
